Functional Chiropractic (“Functional Chiropractic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of our patients and the public. This SMS Messaging Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) governs how we treat the Personal Information that we collect and receive from you in connection with your use of the SMS Messaging Service (the “Messaging Service”), which we make available to you through a third-party service provider.
By using the Messaging Service, you agree to the terms of this Policy. Functional Chiropractic’s third-party service provider gives you the ability to opt out of the Service for any reason. You can opt-out of receiving further commercial text messages via the Messaging Service by responding to any of our text messages with any of the following replies: STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT.
We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the Service, such as announcements and administrative messages, without offering you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving them.
Children and Intended Audience
The Messaging Service is not intended for children under 13, and Functional Chiropractic does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13.
